Australian GAMSAT Courses Commencing Winter 2021
What We Provide:
- Specialized courses for all science disciplines examined on the GAMSAT - physical chemistry, organic chemistry, biology and physics
- Suitable for both science and non-science background students
- Small group tutorials - we limit each group size to ensure optimal learning
- Our courses comprehensively cover all the material you need for GAMSAT, with a focus on high yield topics
Session Structure:
- Tutorials are held on a weekly basis in 2 hour blocks
- The first hour is dedicated to teaching the fundamental principles of the weekly topic e.g. acids/bases, thermodynamics, hydrocarbons etc.
- The second hour is devoted to completing a series of GAMSAT-style MCQ problems to reinforce the learned material
- We teach you how to extract relevant information from the stimulus and apply it to the questions
- We demonstrate strategic tips to short cut the process, thereby optimising your test taking efficiency
- We provide additional practice problems at every lesson for you to attempt in your own time
- We maintain email support outside of tutorial times, to answer your queries
Programme Structure:
- We commence with Physical Chemistry as it forms the foundation for many fundamental principals in Organic Chemistry and Physics
- Physical Chemistry Course: 10 sessions
- Organic Chemistry Course: 6 sessions
- Physics Course: 8 sessions
- Biology Course: 4 sessions
- Practice Exams: Held every weekend in March to help reinforce the material and allow you to practice your test taking strategy
- You can choose to participate in any of the above courses. However, students tend to complete the entire programme
- Sessions are held in Sydney only
